Grace Y. Muenyi

Grace Y. Muenyi is the founder and visionary leader of Redeemer Services Inc. Building on her over thirty five years of experience in the nursing field she created a company that continues to focus on a holistic approach using the person centered philosophy in meeting the needs of clients. This approach to client care was inspired by her experience working as a nurse, a community educator and a researcher. With an impressive resume and extended experience working with people from a diverse background, she was inspired to start Redeemer Services Inc. She first started Redeemer Services Inc as part time in 2007 as she worked at the University of MN Clinical Trial Office working with Bone Marrow transplant registry. As a leader of this new organization she focused on showing what a quality nursing home relocation service could accomplish. Never settling, she started offering Transitional Services in 2014, ongoing Case management and Moving Home MN services in 2015. 

Grace graduated with her nursing certificate in her home country of Cameroon in 1980 and then received her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics in 1990 and her M.Ed. in Education with a focus on Nutrition in 1991 from the University of MN. She gained extensive experience working at Nursing Facilities during those years. Grace has experience working with Public Health departments as a nutritionist and was the Director of Community & Action in Cameroon. She also wrote and published a book Nutrition for the Family – A Practical Guide to Nutrition and Health in 1994 to improve local malnutrition rates. She worked at the University of MN as a Junior Scientist studying Colon Cancer and then as a Clinical Research Associate working with the Bone Marrow Transplant registry. 

Grace is very involved in her community and is on several local boards,charities organizations and her local church. In 2014 she was awarded the UBUNTU award for her outstanding services to the MINCAM community.

Panhia Yang

Senior Assistant Program Manager
Nursing Home Relocation Services Coordinator & Transition Coordinator for Moving Home MN

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She has been working at Redeemer Services for the past 6 years. Panhia speaks Hmong and English and has 6 years of experience working with clients with disabilities, addictions, mental health & hospice. Also worked with children with disabilities, immigration & refugee population. 

Vetnita Anderson

Assistant Manager, Nursing Home Coordinator
Transition Coordinator for Moving Home MN

Graduated 1994 with a BA in Social Work from St. Catherine's University. Vetnita has over 20 years experience working with clients dealing with disabilities, addiction, mental health, and hospice. She also has over 15 years experience as a landlord and in residential construction. She also is active in Disability Advocacy projects and has been a panel speaker at several conventions. She has been working at Redeemer Services for the past five years.
